A friend of mine bought this, so I was able to try it on. The denim is thick but does stretch. It is a bit tight in the chest (I'm a 34D and purchased a 6). The straps are a little long, so I had my tailor adjust them to fit. I'm going to wear this on my cruise in a couple of weeks. Does seem to run a bit small and tough if your a bit larger in the chest.
