Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love every piece you receive, but in case something doesn’t work out, we’ve made the return and exchange process quick and easy. 

Checkout+ & Shipping Protection

Adding $6.98 to your order gives you Easy Returns & Exchanges Return or exchange any non-final sale item with no shipping, handling, or restocking fees. Without Checkout+, a $9 return fee applies and will be deducted from your refund. Package ProtectionIf your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, simply report it within 15 days of the scheduled delivery date to receive a refund. A few things to keep in mind:

  • Returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of delivery.
  • Checkout+ is available for U.S. orders only.
  • The $6.98 Checkout+ fee is non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges for other styles or sizes are permitted within 30 days of purchase. All items sent back must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags. Don't forget, our Fit Experts are also here to help!
With the number of limited-edition drops we do (and how fast we sell out of sizes and colors), we offer instant exchanges to get your items even faster. It's a great option to get your replacement right away to avoid your new size selling out! When using instant exchanging, you have the option to enter your credit card details and hold $1 to have the new item shipped out to you before you ship the item back to us. We will ship your new items straight away; you just need to pop the return items in the mail within 14 days— otherwise you will be charged for the extra items. We ask for the credit card details as a security measure, and you will only be charged if you do not return your items within 14 days of initiating the return.

Returns

We partner with Loop and Happy Returns to offer you the choice of a return or exchange for a different product. Start your return or exchange online, select the items you wish to return and tell us why. Then, locate a Return Bar near you and use the emailed QR code to complete your return drop-off in less than a minute.

Additional Guidelines

For a full refund on your credit card (minus shipping costs), your return must be postmarked within 30 days after your order is shipped.

We do not cancel/refund gift cards under any circumstances.

Each order must be a separate return and use a unique QR code and a separate mailing label. If this procedure is not followed, your returns will take longer than anticipated for a refund.

All returned merchandise must be in "as-received" condition with tags and panty liners in place. If items are soiled, damaged, worn, used or in other than as received condition, they will be returned to the customer.

Merchandise received after 45 days of ship date will not be accepted for credit, reorder or refund. The items will be returned to sender.

Items purchased anywhere other than venus.com will be returned to the customer.

NO UPS Pickups will be provided for return packages; the customer must drop off the package.

Final Sale and Last Call items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. No refunds, no exceptions.
