Order Status and Changing Orders
How long does it take to receive my order confirmation?
Please allow up to an hour for your order confirmation to be sent to the email address associated with your account.
Why haven’t I received an email confirmation for my order?
It may take up to an hour for you to receive a confirmation email once your order
has been placed. If you don’t receive confirmation within that timeframe, please contact our Customer Care team.
How can I update or cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted. When you receive your order, please return via Happy Returns.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with
tracking.
How do I track my package?
Tracking information will be sent in your shipping confirmation email. Allow one full
business day for the tracking to update.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days (excluding Final Sale). Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags. Please click here to view our return policy
Does VENUS offer free returns?
If you select Checkout+ during checkout, you will received free returns and exchanges. Otherwise you will be charged a return fee of $9.95
What is Happy Returns?
Happy Returns is a service we've partnered with to provide you with an exceptionally smooth return experience. Our partnership with Happy Returns promotes sustainability by offering paperless, box-free returns, benefiting both you and the planet.
How it works:
Simply bring the items you want to return—no need for a box, bag, or envelope—to any Return Bar location across the contiguous U.S. Make sure to have your return QR code ready on your phone. That's it! After you drop off your return at a Return Bar, you can expect to receive your refund within 24 hours.
How do I process a return or exchange?
Visit the Return Portal. Two options: Happy Returns Bar or Mail.
My package was damaged or lost. What do I do?
If you selected Checkout+ during checkout, your package is covered. Simply contact Customer Support at 833-675-3707.
Sizing
Does your clothing run small or large?
True to size unless otherwise noted.
Do you offer petite sizing?
We heard you ask for petite sizing, and we're excited to announce that we'll be launching petites in September! We can't wait for you to try our new fits, designed for those 5'4" and below.
Do you offer plus sizing?
Yes, up to 24 or 3X.
How do your swim tops run?
In order to make your customer experience better, Venus has transitioned to a new size chart where all we need from you is your bra size! Venus will then discover your "sister sizing" to find that perfect fit! Please click here to find yours.
Shipping
When will my order ship? How long does shipping take?
Please allow 3-4 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday, not on weekends or holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive its tracking number in an email. Express Orders requesting Expedited Air and Standard Air will ship within the same day if placed before 12:00 PM (Noon) EST. Any Express order placed after 12:00 PM (Noon) EST will ship the next business day.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
No, we only ship to the US and its territories. International shipping will be coming in 2026.
Ordering & Payment
How do I redeem my gift card?
We’ve temporarily paused selling gift cards due to a website + warehouse upgrade. If you have an old gift card that you’d like to redeem, shoot us an email at service@venus.com, and we’ll sort it out. Thanks for your patience and happy shopping!
What is your final sale policy?
Final Sale items are non-returnable.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.
How do I apply offer codes?
Enter in “Discount code or gift card” field at Checkout.
Does VENUS offer wholesale discounts?
No.
Can I apply multiple offers?

We have upgraded our customer account. You will now be emailed a verification code.

Approximately three weeks after your order is delivered, you’ll receive an email inviting you to review the items you purchased.
How do I unsubscribe?
To unsubscribe from our catalog or marketing emails, please contact our Customer Support. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the email preferences link at the bottom of our emails.
