Should any item fail to meet your expectations, simply return it within 90 days in a new and unused condition and we will gladly exchange it or refund your merchandise price. Shipping and processing charges are not refundable.


Fill out the Return/Exchange Form at the bottom of your invoice, indicating what you are sending back, the reason why and what you want done (exchange or refund). Return Form

Return the form with the merchandise you want exchanged/refunded any way that is convenient for you. There is an address label on the top of your invoice that is provided for your convenience. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Each order also includes an easy to use return label for your convenience. There is a charge of $6.95 for the use of this label, which will be deducted from any credit due on your return or, in the event of an exchange, we will charge your credit card $6.95 for the label. The instructions for the use of this label are found on the back of the label. You may return the package via UPS or USPS; there is no need to go to the post office or UPS store. You may give the package to your postman or UPS driver or you may drop it in a UPS drop box or USPS mailbox. Peel off and place the pre-paid return label on the package. If you are using the original shipping bag or box, be sure to place the return label over your name and address on the package and to obliterate any other addresses and barcodes on the outside of the package.

Customers outside of the United States, please be aware that return labels are not provided for shipments. Packages may be brought to your local carrier for delivery to our return address.

Most refunds on returns are in the form of original payment.

If you paid by: We will:
A credit card Refund your purchase amount to that same card.
A gift card Refund your purchase amount to the same gift card or issue a new gift card for that amount.
A promotional code or discount Exchange the item for the same style in another size or color. (If you choose to exchange the item for a different style, the discount can't be transferred.)

Refunds include any US taxes originally paid on the item being returned. It can take up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on printed credit card statements, although you should be able to verify the credit within 72 business hours from the date the return is processed. We do not refund duties/taxes from other countries, as we do not collect them. Those would be refunded by the appropriate Customs office in your country.

Once we have processed your return, please provide your order number in the refund link, to have your duties and taxes refund paperwork automatically populated. Please be aware that this form is created if your order is being reshipped due to non-receipt, you will not need to fill out this form. Please contact us if you have any questions in reference to your duties and taxes refund. Duties and taxes are a Canadian government mandated charge. Venus in no way collects or refunds these fees.


Add items to your shopping cart and go to checkout. At checkout you may select shipping options, gift options, payment methods, and enter your billing and shipping addresses. We also need an email address and daytime telephone number. This is where you would also enter any promotional offers or gift card information you may have. You will have an opportunity to review your order and make any necessary changes before submitting the order for processing.

After you have submitted your order, you will receive a pop-up confirmation that the order has been submitted. Once it is entered into the system you will receive an email confirmation with the order number and a summary of the order itself. It is a good idea to keep this email for your records.

When your order has shipped from our warehouse you will receive a second confirmation. This will included any tracking information you may need (if the shipment method chosen is one that provides such information). For standard shipping to the US, delivery is usually within 5-7 business days.

You may use an order form from a catalog, or simply include all the information needed in a brief note or letter. You will need to include style numbers, color preferences, sizes, your credit card number and all billing and shipping information.

For our international customers, we also require the name of the bank that issued your credit card, the country in which it was issued, and the bank telephone number, for verification purposes.

You may pay with check or money order if you prefer. Please note, however, that all checks and money orders are run through a verification process and may sometimes be held for two weeks before the order is released for shipment.

  • Standard shipping is via the U.S. and Canadian Postal Service. A fee of approximately $8.50 is also charged by Canada Post in addition to the duties and taxes.
  • Priority and Rush shipping are provided by our partner Landmark Global Commerce. Orders ship through Landmark Global, and all duties and taxes are paid to them prior to delivery. There are no additional fees for this service. When your order ships from our facility you will receive a shipping confirmation from Venus. The e-mail will contain a link to the Landmark Global Commerce website as well as details regarding your order. You will need to click on the link to pre-pay your duty and taxes. Once this has been completed your order will be on the way!

Orders shipping outside the US and Canada (or US Territories) ship via International Rush. Delivery is typically within 10-14 business days. Shipping and handling is $10, and all duties and or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Venus, nor are they included in the order total.

Venus originated the concept of "Mix and Match" in 1982. We guarantee a perfect fit by allowing you to select any style top in any size and any style bottom in any size! By following the size charts you should be able to find your perfect size the first time you order!

Bikini Top Sizing

For bikini tops (excluding style 133 & 137), use the size chart to determine your size. Most of our tops have adjustable back and shoulder straps so that if you are in between sizes, you can still get a perfect fit. You can find your bra size on our size chart. Where the cup and bust sizes intersect you will find the Venus® size to order.

Tankini and Sports Tops Sizing

Since there are no "cups" in these tops, your rib cage measurement directly below the bust line determines what size will fit you the most comfortably. This applies to Venus styles 133 & 137

Swimwear Bottoms and One Piece Sizing

Measure your waist and hips and compare to the size in the size chart. For one piece suits, also measure your torso length to select the size that will fit you most comfortably. If you are between two sizes, we suggest selecting the larger size. For more information click our size charts.

Companies selling over the internet and via catalog are subject to the same sales tax collection requirements as other retailers. To the extent that we are required by law, items are charged sales tax per the tax laws applicable to delivery location. This is subject to change according to state updates.
