This midi dress is pretty close to perfect. The elegant boat neckline and three-quarter-length sleeves are pure sophistication, while the nipped waist and ruched details add a figure-flattering boost. We also threw in a leg slit for good measure so you can wear this beyond the office for special occasions, too. In our Ponte Perfect fabric, it's structured and looks refined, but feels relaxed thanks to plenty of comfy stretch.
