How to be Sexy "To the Core"

Follow this lower body and core exercise plan from www.BestFitnessAdvice.com to get your butt, hip, thigh and midriff areas firm, tight and sexy so you can look as good as possible in this Spring's newest fashions.

Lying on your Side, do 10 reps of each exercise:
- Bring both knees forward so your hips are at a 90 degree angle. Then straighten your top leg out in front of you, still keeping 90 degrees at the hip.
- Lift the top leg slowly about three feet off the ground & down.
- Repeat 1 & 2 on the other side.

On the elbows and knees, do 10 reps of each exercise:
- Extend one leg straight back with your toe on the ground. Lift that leg up and toward the ceiling & down. Then switch legs.
- Lift your knee off the floor. Extend that same heel back and up so your leg is pointing toward the ceiling & then bring the knee back into you. Then switch legs

Standing up, do 10 reps of each exercise:
- Start with your feet together. Step out in front into a lunge position. Touch the ground with opposite hand. Come back up & step back to the starting position. Then switch legs.
- Put one foot up on a step (12 - 18 inches high). Slowly step up and down with the other foot. Then switch legs.

Lying down face up, do 12 reps per side:
- Cross your left ankle on your right knee and put your right foot up toward the sky so your leg is straight. Put your right hand on your left shoulder. Leave your left arm at your side on the floor/mat. Do 12 and then do the same on the opposite side.

| If this routine is easy try going through it twice. If you still need more of a challenge, increase the reps to 15 or 20 per set. Do this routine 3 times per week and in 4 weeks you will be 'Sexy to the Core'. |

| It is 2007 and I am very excited to see the new year get rolling here at Venus. We have two new retail stores on tap in southwest Florida. One is in St. Petersburg and one is in Esponita Springs. Both should open in late April or at the latest early May. On January 29th Venus was the Official National Swimwear Sponsor of the 2007 Miss America Pageant. Day and Evening Dresses:
The fashion runway is flowing with sweater knits, baby dolls, wraps, empire waist lines, hand beaded gowns and halters with shark bite hems, tulip and ruffle tier hems in short and long lengths.
Jeans:
Time for some tough love! The worn look is what to wear. It’s all about destroy & repair treatments, like scrunching, crunching, abrasions, patches, and even paint splatters. Lighter washes join the fray. Legs are wider, but don’t forget the skinny jeans. Look for drawstring cuffs as well. |

Shoes:
