Jr. Programmer/Analyst

The Jr. Programmer Analyst assists in development, deployment, maintenance, and support of the company's proprietary resource planning application software. This position also supports software integration and development projects for multiple database systems and interfaces. The analyst evaluates user information system needs and provides recommendations and develops solutions. The analyst performs data analysis in support of ad-hoc and standing customer requests. The analyst is also responsible for QA and testing of various system applications.

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or 2 years experience in programming and system analysis.
  • Above all, ability to learn and adapt proprietary technologies.
  • Work experience and/or coursework related to Relational Database Systems required.
  • Skilled in problem analysis, identification, isolation, and resolution related to application and database systems.
  • Work experience in developing, installing, configuring, implementing, and maintaining application systems, reports, and graphic presentations a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Windows required. Unix a plus.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to rapidly changing technology.
  • Ability to translate technical terms for non-technical persons.
  • Should enjoy both team and independent work and be able to multi-task.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed on an occasional basis.

.NET Web Developer
Summary

Develop and maintain Internet Applications using ASP.NET, VB.NET, SQL Server 2005/2008, JavaScript, SSIS and other web development languages and technologies. Attention to detail with conservative approach to reduce exposure to failure is a must.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy new database-driven web applications, and maintain existing web applications.
  • Develop, test, and maintain information architecture and UI for web-based applications and web site.
  • Collaborate with technical, applications, and operational staff to ensure UI usability and integrity.
  • Assist in projects from idea to mock-up to launch.
  • Apply knowledge of industry trends in Web design best practices, accessibility standards and developments to improve service to our clients.
Requirements
  • 3+ years hands-on experience developing web applications using .NET Frameworks, ASP.NET , SQL 2005/2008
  • 3+ years experience with SQL Server programming including T-SQL, stored procedures, SSIS packages, etc.
  • Proficient with JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Understanding of the Web Development Life Cycle using agile techniques.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
  • Experience using source control programs

Graphic Designer / Email Marketing
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Information Design, Digital Media Design or other visual arts.
  • 3+ years of solid email marketing / graphic design experience.

Qualifications
  • Exceptional design abilities with extensive knowledge of Photoshop.
  • Understanding of Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, Javascript (Jquery) programming skills are a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Candidates MUST submit SAMPLES of design work / portfolio to be considered. 

Specific Responsibilities
  • Email production and execution in a fast paced deadline schedule.
  • Perform QA testing on new and existing emails and landing pages.
  • Help design content for our social media channels and other various E-commerce efforts.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, user research/testing and incorporates feedback into campaign and project designs.
  • Work with the creative team as well as independently to develop creative solutions that are on-target and meet strategy.
  • Handle multiple projects with strong attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy and execution.
  • Be conscious of the brand appearance and online presentation, maintaining overall appearance.
