Intimates Buyer (apply)

Provide leadership driving and managing the Intimates business. Responsible for strategic planning, sales, margin and marketing direction of the brand.

Essential Functions:

Managinging Assortments:
Understand competitive environment, proactively seeking market knowledge through exposure to competitive outlets. Intimate understanding of competition, target customer and the brand specific fashion trends.
  • Lead in identifying merchandising trends, opportunities, and vendors.
  • Lead review and analysis of customer (division) performance on a department, class and item basis.
  • Lead in generating customer (division) support of line and plans by gathering product and performance input, sharing line development direction, and promoting the assortments.
Strategic Planning:
  • Provide strategic direction to line development.
  • Lead in the planning, sign-off and execution of Intimates programs and style plans.
  • Lead in the execution of departmental budget.
  • Lead in the development of a merchandise and business strategy. Lead category business by “outside the box” thinking that connects the lines between financial patterns and market insights to identify opportunities.
  • Work with SVP in execution of seasonal private brand sales vendor margin plans.
  • Communicate to central division the private brand merchandise and business strategies based on the plans.
  • Develop tactics and objectives for each season and meeting.
  • Assist marketing in the development of marketing plans and campaigns to support assortments.
  • Develop and follows through on all merchandise relating to visual campaigns.
  • Lead in preparation and product selection for catalog /events.
  • Partner with marketing director on time and action calendar for each season.
Human Resources
  • Provide leadership to central division and product staff through product category expertise.
  • Responsible for job training for all direct reports.
  • Provide leadership, management and development of staff. Leads alignment and collaboration between production, planning, and creative marketing partners across the brand.

Detailed Accountabilities:

Sales / Margin:
  • Accountable for sales, demand and margin targets, recognizing opportunities for incremental growth while managing risk management.
  • Develop financial architecture seasonally in partnership with planning, ensuring line plan and volume optimization aligns the financial framework of the total category strategic goals.
  • Monitor merchandise performance overall (programs, key items, sales, margins.)
  • Lead in providing solutions and taking action to address issues.
Managing Assortments
  • Lead in identifying assortment opportunities and merchandising trends.
  • Review and approve selection of key items and big ideas, including recommended buys and projected sales volume and penetration percent.
  • Communicate to division the merchandising strategies.
  • Lead central division in Intimates assortment and quantity decisions.
  • Work closely with central division on promotional cadence for the Intimates product.
Strategic Planning: Leadership and Strategy
Drives and maintains effective working relationships with members of cross functional teams by being a champion of the category’s strategic vision and ensuring execution of superior results.
  • Write seasonal strategies.
  • Challenge central division plans based on corporate strategic direction and business opportunities.
  • Participate in seasonal Brand Strategy meeting.
  • Identify and address new merchandise ideas, analyzing competitor activity and pricing strategies.
  • Develop pricing and markup strategies and approves retail pricing on all styles.
  • Approve program and style plans prior to Line Previews and Buy Meetings.

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field

Associate Product Coordinator (apply)


Assist in the development and procedural issues of swimwear, swim cover-ups and sourcing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain calendar and track pre-production details, including production of samples.
  • Maintain calendar and track all sample levels (Development, Photo Samples, Adopted styles from testing, Size Run and Fit approvals & Production delivery.)
  • Help communicate with vendors (both fabric and finished garment vendors) on sample information charts
  • Help input all costing & sample information (including verification of import duties and fees based on the country and fabric or garment type)
  • Work with Manager & Swim Purchasing to update production status weekly for all existing purchase for import business.
  • Keep Manager abreast of issues (rejected samples, price changes, fabric changes, delayed deliveries) as they arise so we can share with Swim Merchant and Swim Purchasing Dept.
  • Help to ensure that shipments from vendor to distribution center are on track and on time.
  • Creating and distributing packages, issuing spreadsheets for tracking and conducting sampling.
  • Help create and manage cover-up fabric library for seasonal reviews by Swim team.
  • Organize and maintain fabric and notion approvals from outside vendors.
  • Knowledge of Garment Production cycle timeline

Jr. Programmer/Analyst (apply)

The Jr. Programmer Analyst assists in development, deployment, maintenance, and support of the company's proprietary resource planning application software. This position also supports software integration and development projects for multiple database systems and interfaces. The analyst evaluates user information system needs and provides recommendations and develops solutions. The analyst performs data analysis in support of ad-hoc and standing customer requests. The analyst is also responsible for QA and testing of various system applications.

The Software Quality Assurance Analyst will provide quality assurance and testing support to the software development team at the end of the software development lifecycle. This person will test multiple different ecommerce systems including websites, ERP system, and interfaces. Customer Service Representative (apply)

Answers inbound calls distributed by our automated call distribution (ACD) system. Keys orders, credits, notes, and other data into our Quick Order Processing (QOP) system. Makes outbound calls to customers, when needed.

Job Tasks:
  • Answers questions about product availability, product specifications, pricing, and other questions customers may have about items or orders.
  • Communicates with customers via phone and follows standard procedures for taking orders, catalog requests, catalog name removals, and other requests.
