Assistant Network Administrator (Jacksonville)
|
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION
- Maintain appropriate documentation, including drawings, configurations, settings
and recovery plans
- Build and maintain virtual machines in a VMware virtual center environment
- Monitor, manage, administer and maintain iSCSI SAN(s)
- Monitor, configure and manage data network including firewalls, IDS, routers and
switches
- Maintain all systems at the most current, reliable release and patch levels
- Build and maintain MS Windows servers and the applications they support
- Support the maintenance of workstations, printers and telephones
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIANCE
- Experience and/or certification in Cisco network routing, switching, and security
- IT industry certification including MCSE, CCNA, or VCP desired
- Knowledge of Microsoft AD design, implementation and administration required
- Microsoft Exchange implementation and maintenance experience required
- Knowledge of UNIX, Linux, MS IIS and MS SQL a plus
- Knowledge and experience with F5 LTM and ASM a plus
- Knowledge of traditional PBX systems a plus
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and organize effectively in a fast paced
environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Vision ability: close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus

experience.
- Monitor Helpdesk system for new requests and resoluve user issues
- Provide support for the LAN, servers & workstations, E-mail systems, and Internet
connectivity in a Microsoft TCP/IP environment
- Perform network maintenance, documentation, and troubleshooting
- Install/configure/troubleshoot/fix local and network printers
- Perform workstation installation, planning, maintenance, and documentation
- Provide support for telephones, telephone system and trunks
- Manage computer system backups
- Product research, recommendation, and installation of software, hardware, and supplemental
network components
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisor

Swimwear Designers - Jacksonville, FL

We are looking for Designers for our Swim line. Candidates must have a Fashion Degree
with 2+ years experience creating swimwear. A strong sense of fashion, trends, design
and construction a must. Ability to make, grade and sew samples also required. Ability
to work with overseas manufacturers a plus.
Individual needs to have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Illustrator
and Photoshop.

SUMMARY
Communicate with our customers through the use of our website and live chat, email,
and telephone. Input web orders that have not been processed through integrator,
input mail and telephone orders as required.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Process customer orders placed on website.
- Investigate customer concerns about merchandise, service, billing or credit status
via live chat, email, or telephone.
- Locate resources from other websites to verify addresses and formats for both foreign
and domestic orders, as well as to
assist customers with finding merchandise unavailable through
our company.
- Process mail orders. This may include processing checks through Certegy system.
- Cross-train to assist Support Teams in Credit Card Services and Tracing as needed.
- Originate and respond to all customer-related email correspondence on behalf of
Operations Customer Service.
- QA Shop-By-Catalog, email campaigns, and website changes as needed.
- Handle overflow Customer Service and Order Entry calls as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent, plus at least
one (1) year experience as a Customer Service. Proficient computer skills with knowledge
of Word, Excel chat software and internet.

E-commerce Analyst - Jacksonville, FL

This is an opportunity to contribute to ongoing reporting and analysis of online
marketing for VENUS Fashion Inc. The qualified candidate will assist in planning
and be responsible for implementation of online marketing focused on growing consumer
direct sales. The successful candidate will have strong analytic capabilities with
specific knowledge of online marketing analytics. They will utilize the necessary
tools to support the online channel to include web analytics, 3rd party reporting
tools, and Microsoft desktop applications. Familiarity with Core Metrics, Google
Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Adwords, MSN Adcenter, and various keyword
research tools preferred. Also responsible for monitoring overall search engine
performance and trends, for implementing and regular reporting on SEO, SEM, Affiliate,
and Social Media efforts and for suggesting optimization recommendations. Successful
candidate will display ability to understand complex problems and suggesting creative
solutions. Must possess excellent organizational, presentation, and accuracy skills.
Strong computer skills including HTML basics and preliminary understanding of search
engine algorithms are a plus. Additional employer preferences include experience
with usability, on-site search, social media, and e-mail marketing campaigns.
